A somewhat short spectacled man with short red hair, Cousin Klaw (a name no one quite knows the origin of) is a geneticist and bioengineering genius. While his work his shown a complete disregard for morality and ethics and natural order, his scientific knowledge is undeniable. Cousin Klaw uses, with ease, technology and procedures that are centuries beyond anything else on Earth. His other name, Seamus Connelly, is but the latest in a long line of aliases going back a many, many years - a result of using his technologies on himself, or is it something more? In addition to his anthropomorphic animal creations, he has claimed responsibility for the inspiration of centaurs, minotaur, and other such myths through his creations. It's difficult to know if that is true, as he does also have a large ego and is not beyond deception.
While he often displays unstable tendencies, his main goal seems to be furthering his own scientific accomplishments rather than world destruction or domination. That said, he has associated with those who have such megalomaniacal goals - perhaps to give him space to continue his work, unchecked by would-be do-gooders.
Among other claims, Klaw has created an unknown number of anthropomorphic animal creations similar to Adam Cameron, but different species. As with Cameron, he sends them out into the world to be raised by adoptive families after he creates them. His ultimate goal for doing this is completely unknown, perhaps even to himself; he uses no form of mind control in his creations, having learned through experimentation that free will provided him more capable subjects. It really could be as simple as proving he can create these beings and experimenting with variations on the concept.
Whatever his goals, origins, or motivations, Cousin Klaw becomes the central focus and purpose for GARMA's revival of WILD - fight fire with fire, fight a mad geneticist who can create beastmen with beastmen.
